Fine Motor Skills

We Asians must stick close to the things that we excel in. We must embrace activities that might include stringed instruments, math problems, ice skates, & anything fine motor skill related. Fia has officially learned how to tie her shoes about a month ago. I don't remember when I learned to tie my shoes, but I know I wasn't 3. Oh well, 1 less thing for me to do.

Go Fia! I personally feel that the "Bunny Ear" method is even harder than the "rabbit through the hole" method. I'm so proud.

This was very good and I would not hesitate to make again. I did however, make a few ingredient changes. They are as follows:

1/4 tsp cilantro, I used 1/4 tsp garlic;
2 Tbsp sour cream, I used 3 Tbsp Greek yogurt {plain);
1/3 cup whipping cream, I used 1/3 cup plain yogurt (not Greek)
with 1/8 cup of whole milk; and
1 oz can of sauce, I used 2 cans of sauce

I'm taking this dish to a family BBQ on July 4th. It should be fun.
